Illustration Weekly’s free mailing list shares new editions, illustration opportunities and occasional news about the service. Frequency may vary. Joining does not guarantee a particular email schedule, an assignment, payment or the continued availability of a listing. Always check the original source before applying.
Subscribe only with your own email address. The unchecked consent box asks permission to send these emails; you can use the public research desk without subscribing. No purchase is required. Do not submit another person’s details or use this form for spam.

We store your name, email address, signup identifier, consent timestamp and the version of this notice you accepted. Your name personalizes correspondence; your email lets us send the newsletter. Consent is the basis for this processing. We do not sell the subscriber list or publish it. Signup details are kept in the site’s server-side database, separate from public listing data. Authorized site operators and hosting providers supporting the service may process them to operate the list. Hosting uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; their infrastructure may process data internationally.
When you sign up, we send one automatic welcome email through Brevo and notify our team by email with your name, email address and signup time. We share your name, email address and the message content with Brevo to deliver it, and store the sending status, attempt time and provider message identifier. Our subscriber database stays with the site; we do not synchronize it to a Brevo marketing list. Replies and unsubscribe requests go to info@illustrationweekly.com and are handled by the Illustration Weekly team.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@illustrationweekly.com with “Unsubscribe” from the address you used. We will stop mailing you and remove your subscriber record when we process the request. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Every newsletter must include this unsubscribe contact or a working unsubscribe link.
We retain your subscriber record while you remain subscribed and the mailing list operates. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your details by contacting us. Where applicable, you may object to processing and complain to your local data protection authority. We may ask for proportionate verification of your email address before releasing or changing personal data. The list does not make automated decisions about you.
We may update these terms or pause the list. Material changes to the purpose of your consent require a new choice before we use your details for that purpose. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
